Account information
Google and Firebase provide sign-in. We store your user identifier, email, display name, access-pass status, search count, account timestamps, and referral parameters when supplied. We use these records to provide account access, apply search limits, manage purchases, and respond to support requests.
YouTube searches and API keys
YTExtractor uses YouTube API Services. Your keyword and YouTube API key are sent over HTTPS to our server and used to request public channel information from Google. The app does not store your YouTube API key in its database. Search progress and limited results are held temporarily in server memory for up to about 30 minutes. Results can include channel names, descriptions, statistics, thumbnails, and contact addresses found in public descriptions. Your downloaded CSV files are stored on your device.
Payments
Stripe handles checkout and payment-card information. We store transaction references, amount, currency, selected pass, and payment status to reconcile purchases and manage access. The app does not collect full card details.
Browser storage and service providers
Firebase sign-in uses browser storage to maintain your session. The app uses local storage for theme preferences and session storage for referral information. Google/Firebase, YouTube, Stripe, Cloudflare, and the hosting provider process information needed to provide their services. Hosting and network services may process IP addresses and request metadata. Embedded YouTube videos connect to YouTube when loaded or played.
Retention and deletion requests
Account and transaction records are currently retained for account access, billing reconciliation, and support; this policy does not specify a fixed deletion period. Email support from your sign-in address to request access to or deletion of your information. We may need to verify account ownership and retain records needed for financial or legal obligations. Deleting your app account does not delete information independently held by Google or Stripe. Backup copies may remain until backup rotation.
Your controls
You can stop a search, sign out, clear browser storage, and delete downloaded CSV files from your device. Manage or revoke your Google account connections using Google account settings. Revoke a YouTube API key in the Google Cloud project that issued it. Contact support if you want help with an account or data request.
